A Prefeitura de Sorocaba, por meio das Secretarias de Governo (Segov), de Planejamento e Desenvolvimento Urbano (Seplan) e Secretaria Jurídica (SEJ), entregou, nesta quarta-feira (3), em cerimônia no Teatro Municipal “Teotônio Vilela”, mais de 200 permissões de uso de espaços públicos na cidade.
Trata-se de diferentes tipos de imóveis e terrenos espalhados por todo o Município, com variadas solicitações de utilização, incluindo pessoas físicas, instituições sociais, associações e outros tipos de entidades filantrópicas sem fins lucrativos, que atuam nas mais diversas áreas.
A iniciativa é um ato administrativo pelo qual a Administração Municipal autoriza terceiros a utilizar um bem imóvel público, a título precário, atendendo a Lei Municipal nº 12.363/2021 e o Decreto Municipal nº 26.386/2021, com o objetivo de promover a preservação e a conservação das áreas públicas.
Essas permissões de uso de bens públicos podem atender diferentes finalidades, como cultivo de culturas rápidas e/ou árvores frutíferas; atividades esportivas ou culturais; fins filantrópicos ou assistenciais; preservação, proteção e/ou recuperação de matas ciliares e/ou áreas degradadas, por meio do plantio de espécies nativas; entre outras.
“O objetivo da ação é formalizar a utilização de forma regularizada para fins sustentáveis e de desenvolvimento de importantes trabalhos sociais”, explica o secretário da Seplan, Maurício Campanatti.
Representando o prefeito Fernando Martins da Costa Neto, a secretária de Governo, Samyra Toledo, enfatizou a importância da regularização. “Essas permissões de uso são importantes para utilização de plantio e ocupações de instituições que fazem um belo trabalho nossa sociedade. Portanto, hoje é uma data muito especial, em que os contemplados se tornam parceiros da prefeitura. A cidade é muito grande e ter essas pessoas cuidando desses espaços é fundamental para o município”, disse.
Também participaram do ato os secretários municipais Douglas Moraes (Jurídica) e Marcelo Regalado, da Fazenda (Sefaz) e os vereadores Caio Oliveira, Fausto Peres e Izídio de Brito.
